Terra
Levea Cabernet / Xinomavro 2008 is an experiment.
For our own pleasure we wanted a summer Cabernet. So we blended
some cabernet with some Xinomavro rose. This resulted in an explosion
of red fruit in the nose and on the palate. The wood aged Cabernet
adds complexity and length to the wine. Martin van der Heiden from
Grieksewijnen in the Netherlands insisted that we bottle this refreshing
wine. Should be drunk slightly chilled to accompany various summer
dishes, including pastas, salads, and even BBQ etc. Can be obtained
at grieksewijnen.com for E 9,95 |
