Also XM stands for Xtra quality and the X-factor: respect for local tradition combined with state of art viticultural and oenological technology. Terra Levea means land (terroir) of Lebaia, the ancient village where Domaine Karanika is situated.

XM rose 2008 is an intense coloured dry rose wine. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled after racking and fining. This rose is medium-bodied, dark coloured, almost purple, with intense aromas of roses, raspberries, dried tomatoes. It has crisp acidity and has a long and pleasant finish. Terra Levea Unfiltered 2007 is the unfiltered flagship of Domaine Karanika. A blend from Xinomavro, Merlot and Syrah. It has dark purple colour, strong fruity nose of red berries, strawberries, sundried tomatoes, and wood tones like vanilla and toast.
